    H.E. Prof CHHEM Kieth Rethy

    Minister Attached to the Prime Minister & Secretary of State of MISTI

    Professor Chhem Kieth Rethy is a medical doctor specialized in medical imaging. He also holds a PhD in education and a PhD in history of medicine. During his 30 year-career in Canada, Singapore and Austria, he was heavily involved in attending to patients with great psychological distress, especially to those with life threatening diseases such as cancer. During his tenure at the International Atomic Energy Agency, he was engaged in the development of a strategic communication program to address radiation fear among the displaced population from the nuclear disaster zone of Fukushima in Japan.

    Neak Oknha DR QUACH Mengly

    Mengly J. Quach Education

    Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, a Cambodian American educationist, medical doctor, entrepreneur and philanthropist, is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Mengly J. Quach Education, an umbrella for Aii Language Centers (Aii) and American Intercon Schools (AIS), specializing in education, finance, social and community development.

     

    He is well-known and recognized for his active involvement in community development in the fields of education, health and social services.

    Mengly J. Quach Education has received numerous national and international awards and certificates from different countries and organizations for its outstanding contribution to education, health and social work.

    Ven. KOU Sopheap

    Buddhist Monk

    Venerable Kou Sopheap is one of the most well-known purely Buddhist monks in Cambodia. He teaches the wisdom of life, explains Karma, and makes people understand life and accept it. He is a true spiritual influencer and uses the Buddha theory as a base of communication.

    Chef Nak

     

    Ros Rotanak AKA Chef Nak was born in Phnom Penh in a foodie family. Her mother was a seller at a wet market where Chek Nak learned to pick the best ingredients and to cook from a very young age.

     

    Today, Chef Nak is a leading Cambodian celebrity chef who has made a name for herself and her motherland cuisine both domestically and internationally through the work of preserving,

    developing, and promoting Cambodian culinary arts.

     

    Her platforms have demonstrated as a source for youths to

    learn about their history, and communities through food and inspired women to be proud and confident in themself and believe that they can be more than just home cooks. It also shows that

    food has great potential to attract tourism and contribute to community development.

    SCHEUER Joseph

    The UN Resident Coordinator

    Mr Scheuer is the leader of the UNCT and plays a central role in making possible the coordination of UN operational activities for development at the country level in support to national priorities and capacity building.

     

    Mr. Scheuer has over 25 years of experience in international development. He served in various complex country contexts and has extensive experience in accompanying countries towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

     

    Prior to his appointment as United Nations Resident Coordinator, Joseph Scheuer served as United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Mali. He led the roll-out of a new country programme in partnership with other UN entities in support of the rule of law, institutional and electoral reform, stabilization, climate security and durable solutions.

    FORNARI Bryan

    Head of Co-Operation, EU Delegation to Cambodia

    Bryan Fornari began his career with the European Union in the EU Delegation to the Central African Republic and to Nepal as programme manager. He subsequently took up positions in the Quality Assurance Unit in Directorate General INTPA, European Commission Brussels. After being posted to the EU Delegation to Viet Nam as Head of Economic Cooperation, he was appointed Head of Cooperation in Lao PDR and, since 2021, in Cambodia.

     

    An Irish and Italian national, he holds a Master Degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University London. He is married and has two children.

    Executive Director | Co-founder & Head of Learning Design; Entrepreneur, Facilitator, & Business Coach

    A co-founder of SHE, Lida has been co-designing and leading the delivery of SHE Incubator, Accelerator, Financial Literacy, and Investment Readiness Programs with hundreds of women each year since March 2015.

     

    With over 10 years’ of experience in Facilitation and Training, Lida is also a certified BDS Counsellor with UNIDO under CAPFish Project. Shortlisted as a final nominee for Mentor of the Year in the 2020 Women of the Future SE Asia Awards, alongside multiple other national and international awards and nominations, Lida is one of Cambodia’s most influential and experienced coaches and facilitators, specializing in women’s leadership and economic empowerment.

    Founder of Academy of Careers and Technology

    Martalia Lo, is the Founder of Academy of Careers and Technology, Cambodia's First Private General Technical High School for Digital Media Design, Tourism, Accounting & Business Management, and also an award winning Social Entrepreneurship Project recognized by Women of The Future South East Asia.

     

    She received her education through University of Toronto, Canada specializing in Biology and Mental Health Studies. She then continued her training for School Management through Leading Change with Harvard University. She is also a consultant for SHIFT 360 for establishing Culinary Innovation and Food Technology project for Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports Cambodia.

    CEO of Vipassa, Mindfulness Coach, Author

    Chhunny Noem has over a decade of experience in leadership, training, public speaking, and motivational speaking. He is known for his ability to create interactive and dynamic learning environments that encourage participants to question their assumptions while prioritizing their personal well-being. Chhunny's passion for mindfulness has led him to lead vipassana retreats at the International Meditation Center in Chiang Mai and share the Buddha's teachings on human development throughout South Asia.

     

    In addition to his passion for mindfulness, Chhunny has been actively involved in the startup community, co-founding SmallworldCambodia, a collaborative workspace for early-stage startups and entrepreneurs, and serving as Co-Director of Possibilities World, a leadership development and management solutions company.

    HOEUR Sethul

    Khmer Counseling Psycho-Education Services and President of Cambodia Association for Counsellors & Psychologists

    Sethul Hoeur is a counseling psychologist, researcher, educator. He is the Founder of Khmer Counseling Psycho-Education Services (KCPS) and the President of the Cambodia Association for Counsellors & Psychologists (CACP).

     

    He holds a Bachelor’s and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology at De La Salle University (DLSU) in the Philippines, as well as a and Bachelor’s in Psychology and also English Literature (IFL) from RUPP, Cambodia. He is an experienced mental health practitioner, educator and researcher for more than 20 years with NGOs, iNGOs as well as universities in Cambodia.

    RA Joey

    Transformational Coach, Founder of Cambodia Coaching Institute

    Joey Ra is one of the most senior executive coaches in Cambodia, being one of only two PCC coaches recognised by the International Coaching Federation and is a recognised thought leader in the country and beyond.

     

    Born in Korea and raised in the UK, he now works to nurture and grow coaching in Cambodia, serving as a teacher and mentor to coaches in the region. In pursuit of this mission, he has trained over 200 leaders in Cambodia as professional coaches or leader-as-coach.

     

    He has a keen interest in the impact of trauma on the long-term behaviour of individuals and communities, and the role that "coaching" mindsets, skills, and presence can have in healing.

    Ms. Yim Sotheary is an accomplished psychologist, transformative leadership coach and peace-builder. Sotheary’s work is at the intersection of trauma, healing, and reconciliation, with a specific focus on resilience and growth. She is a founder and CEO of Sneha, centre for healing and coaching.

     

    Sotheary created Sneha center as a space for people to meet with therapists, coaches and peers to find the intersection and connect their crisis with healing and reconciliation, so they realize and utilize their full potential.

    Dr SY Rato

    Psychiatrist and Founder of Arom Station

    Dr. Rato has been in private practice specializing in Psychiatry since graduating in 2017 from the University of Health Sciences.

     

    He works as an attending psychiatrist at Khema Internation polyclinic and Airplus clinic and also at Cambodia Children Fund. He is also the Founder of Arom Station, a not-for-profit initiative aimed at improving knowledge around mental health and disorders.

     

    Dr Rato aims to help clients cultivate insight and a desire for personal growth in all areas of life. The goal is not to simply reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, but to help people thrive in their personal and professional endeavors.

    YAN Helena

    Cambodia Coaching Institute & Yopi Studio Phnom Penh

    Helena is a teaching Faculty member at Cambodia Coaching Institute, accredited ACC with the ICF, as well as a Master Pilates trainer, Yin/Restorative Yoga teacher, and Zumba instructor. Helena is also a certified PQ Coach with Positive Intelligence.

     

    Helena is a citizen of the world, having lived in many countries around the world in Europe, Africa and most recently Laos and Cambodia. She is an expert in the impact of the body and regular physical activities on shifting our mental, physical and spiritual states and is passionate about rewiring and shifting the nervous system. She is also a loving mother of two boys.

    Dr. Robert Oh received his B.A. in Philosophy from UC Berkeley, Master of Divinity, and Doctor of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary (USA) and PhD from the University of Middlesex (Oxford Centre for Mission Studies), the UK. He is currently teaching as a visiting scholar at Cambodia Presbyterian Theological Institute. Dr Oh has authored several books both in English and Korean – Gap & Eul: Korean Patron-Client Dynamics in Church Planting in Cambodia (Regnum, UK), Prayer Driven Life (Wipf & Stock, USA), Nehemiah Leadership (Ture Publishing, Korea), Hearing (Kyu Jang, Korea) and others.
